RT9816 是具有手動復位輸入端的微功耗電壓檢測器，可對微處理器或數位系統的電源供應進行監測，必要時即輸出重定信號使之還原到初始狀態。它對手動輸入的重定信號具有抖動消除能力，對電源供應則以內部固定的檢測閾值為基準進行檢測，檢測範圍在 1.2V-5V 之間，可選級差為 0.1V，可滿足絕大多數數位應用系統的需求，自身電流消耗僅為 3μA。當 VDD 端電壓低於預設閾值時，RT9816 將輸出一個重定信號，此信號在 VDD 電壓低於預設閾值期間將持續存在。在 VDD 電壓重新回到閾值上方以後，重定信號將在延遲預定的時長以後恢復正常。如欲人為地輸出重定信號，只需人為地使手動重定輸入端 MR 的電壓低於規格書所定義的 VIL 電平即可。RT9816 以 SC-82 封裝形式供貨。
